The unfolding story of our species as imagined through a love story. Set six hundred years in the future, PETRICHOR dramatises a battle of ideologies and a war of the heart as experienced by Ruth and the two men she falls for, Ben and Adam.

PETRICHOR is being developed with the assistance of the BFI, and has been selected for Torino ScriptLab 2018.

Esther May Campbell’s SEPTEMBER won the BAFTA short film award. She then directed Channel 4 drama SKINS and an episode of BBC1’s WALLANDER. Esther’s debut feature film, LIGHT YEARS, premiered in Critics Week at Venice in 2015.

Our producing partner, Samm Haillay of Third Films has produced eight features to date; including LIGHT YEARS and Duane Hopkins’ feature debut BETTER THINGS, premiere Semaine de la Critique Cannes (2008) and BYPASS, premiere Orizzonti in Venice (2014).
